Let my success story be your inspiration

I was 6 when I became my mother's primary caretaker, because she was slowly coming down with MS.

Dysfunction was normal around my house. My parents' alcoholism, the verbal, emotional and physical abuse.

But through it all I stayed tough, because I always knew I would ultimately be not just OK, but in a state of true freedom. Someday.

So I looked for support from mentors, friends and colleagues.

I graduated college with a Degree in Theatre Performance and was accepted into the Burt Reynolds Institute for Theatre Training on a full scholarship.

Fame and Fortune Here I Come?

I moved to Los Angeles to become rich and famous, and I suppose deep down it was also a mechanism to get the acknowledgment that I never had growing up.

When fame didn't come knocking, to pay the bills I went to massage school, and built a successful practice with celebrity clientele, and had the privilege to work with Dr. John Thie who created "A Touch for Health".

But after a while depression struck. It was debilitating, lonely and even horrifying at times.

Enter Louise L. Hay

I don't know how Louise L. Hay came into my life, but her work arrived at just the right moment. Louise said "depression was anger I didn't feel I had the right to have." It was this philosophy that drove me to recovery.

I am now a disciple and facilitator of Louise Hay's amazing work. I'm very happily married and we have a beautiful little girl.
